Shipping and returns

We remind you that we are committed to the Slow fashion philosophy, from the design to the finishing of the garment. This involves a slow process and craftsmanship. The product will be shipped as soon as your order is ready.
This is why the estimated delivery time is between 15 and 30 calendar days . In case of exchange, the second delivery is also not free of charge.
The shipment is made by Nacex, please note that shipping has a cost of 10€ for all Spain. The shipping cost will depend on the country of destination, except in some remote areas where the price may increase.
We appreciate your understanding for any delays that may arise due to the volume of orders, also note that the product leaves the Canary Islands and may undergo some change.
Elena Morales is not responsible for any extra duties or taxes for international sales that occur during shipping. They are at the customer’s expense.
Returns and exchanges
For hygienic reasons, swimsuits and bikinis cannot be exchanged and/or returned. Items that are returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges are possible on all products in the store within 14 days of purchase.

*Please note: any product you wish to exchange or return, must arrive in the same condition in which it was delivered, it must not be used.They will only be accepted with the label and in good condition.

– Cost: all products to be exchanged must be sent to the showroom (Calle Secretario Guedes Alemán 28- Telde 35200), at the customer’s expense. In case the product arrives with any imperfection or defect, please let us know as soon as possible.
