The products offered in our online store, incorporate a photograph and the essential characteristics of the product. The color of the product, observable in the photograph, is not binding. It is identified in the characteristics.

6.- ONLINE SHOPPING

6.1 Purchases can be made through registration or not, at the user’s choice. You can access the corresponding section for registration on the website.  To make a purchase the User must choose a product, add it to the basket by clicking on the shopping cart icon and process the order using the payment method indicated, complete an order and proceed to the payment of the same, which will be made directly from the web. The minimum age to make an online purchase is 18 years old.

6.2 Payments – Payments shall be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express card or Pay pal. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, credit card details are entered on a secure page, and are transferred via SSL.

For hygiene reasons, exchanges and/or returns of swimsuits and bikinis are not allowed. Items that are returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be accepted.

The refund of the amount paid will be made in the same way it was paid and will be effective within a maximum period of FIFTEEN (15) calendar days once the product has been received and the merchandise has been verified.

6.5 Shipping costs – Elena Morales Verde ships  worldwide. Shipping costs will be free of charge only and exclusively for all countries of the European Union.
