Deliveries and refunds
We remind you that we follow the Slow fashion philosophy, from the design stage to the piece’s completion. This means a slow process and handmade labour. The product shall be sent as soon as it is ready.
The delivery is done by Correos, bearing in mind that delivery costs €7 for anywhere in Spain if you choose the 5/15 working day delivery period. The delivery costs shall depend on the destination country, except in some remote areas where the price might increase.
Customised orders are sent within 15 working days.
In the case of a return, the second delivery is not free either.
We appreciate your understanding if any delay may arise due to the volume of orders, bearing in mind that the product is sent from the Canary Islands and may undergo changes.
Information for tracking your order
Once the order has been sent, the delivery companies shall send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to track the order. The activation of the tracking number for your order shall take a few hours to come into effect.
If you have made your order providing an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to fix the error. Bear in mind that once orders are processed, they cannot be modified or cancelled.
International fees and tariffs
Elena Morales does not pay any extra fee or tax for international sales that may arise during delivery. These are to be paid by the customer.
Returns and refunds
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and/or refunds for bathing suits and bikinis. We shall not accept the return of articles that are incomplete, torn, damaged or dirty.
